#5 MENTAL HEALTH UNDER COVID-19

What is the long-term impact of this crisis on urban residents' mental health? Stress, depression and anxiety are largely related to risk factors such as city density, gender and external adversity. One major difficulty the world is currently facing is the COVID-19 outbreak. Tune in to Sharing the Caring City this Sunday, November 8th. Lea Lewitan and Vivi Herrera will discuss how the current health crisis has a lasting impact on life in the city. We want to examine the effects of external adversity on our health and discuss from a specifically female perspective what urban strategies are suitable for positively and sustainably influencing our well-being.
